Refunds and exchanges
Received a defective item? The item didn’t meet your expectations? Here at TryLinearLuxe.com, we offer a 60-day full money-back guarantee. Send us an email at info@TryLinearLuxe.com and explain your problem with the product. We will gladly issue you a full refund or ship a new product free of charge!
Please keep in mind that it can take up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Since we work with international suppliers, return addresses may vary. Please contact us before sending your item back.
What should I do if I can’t accept the delivery?
If for any reason you’re not able to accept the delivery of your order, you will have to get in touch with your local post office and arrange another delivery attempt or a pick-up.
Cancellations
All customers are allowed to cancel their orders within 5 hours of the order date. If the cancellation request is received after more than 5 hours, you may be eligible for a restocking fee.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your money back within 14 days, contact us at info@TryLinearLuxe.com, and we will investigate why the refund is late.
